Not only Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 Pro among the news announced today by the Xiaomi brand. There is also the RedmiBook 14 Enhanced Edition, an evolution of the laptop unveiled in May: instead of the eighth-generation Intel Core processors there are the tenth-generation Comet Lake units just presented by the chipmaker.
RedmiBook 14 Enhanced Edition
The display is 14 inches with Full HD resolution. Three models are offered: with Intel Core i5-10210U, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB SSD, with Intel Core i5-10210U, 8 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD or in the most advanced configuration with Intel Core i7-10510U, 8 GB of RAM, 512 GB SSD. In any case, the list of technical specifications includes the NVIDIA MX250 video card. The dimensions are 323x228x18 mm, the weight stands at 1.5 kg. There are two USB 3.0 ports, a USB 2.0, a 3.5 mm audio jack for headphones and an HDMI slot. The battery has a capacity of 46 Wh. The operating system is Windows 10. Prices, according to the exchange rate, are respectively around 500, 570 and 630 euros.
Available in China starting September 6th, the laptop could arrive later in other countries. At the moment, however, there are no official confirmations to this effect.
Redmi 70-inch 4K TV
The news does not end there: there is also Redmi TV, a 70-inch TV with 4K panel and 64-bit Amlogic SoC flanked by 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of storage. Among the other features we mention the Dolby Audio technology for the sound sector, the dual band WiFi module, three HDMI ports, two USB slots, Bluetooth and a microphone for voice commands.
Also in this case the debut will take place in China (it is not given to know if it will arrive in other countries) at the equivalent price of about 480 euros.
