Meghan Markle presented Harry to the term “ancestral healing” which the prince says will help him “break the cycle” of “genetic pain and suffering.”
In a recent appearance on the Armchair Expert podcast, Harry shared with Dax Shepard that his father, Carlos, treated him in a similar way to how the Prince of Wales was treated during his upbringing, causing “genetic pain.”
“It’s a lot of genetic pain and suffering that gets passed on anyway so we as parents should be doing the most we can to try and say ‘you know what, that happened to me, I’m going to make sure that doesn’t happen to you’,” said Harry during the talk.

Now, a source close to Meghan claims that the Duchess of Sussex is the one who taught her husband about “ancestral healing” that is supposedly capable of curing these problems.
“Meghan said both she and Harry come from a long lineage of pain and suffering, generations of genetic baggage and that it’s now up to them to break the cycle once and for all,“ the ‘insider’ told The Daily Mail.
According to the source, Harry’s wife is also a “huge advocate” for tapping therapy, which she started practicing regularly after watching the documentary Heal.
The tapping, also called Emotional Freedom Technique -EFT, is light and repeatedly hitting pressure points in order to relieve anxiety and emotional pain.
Meghan “is convinced that tapping has helped both her and Harry release negative patterns imprinted on their DNA from past generations – generations going all the way back to even the darkest of times including slavery, war, you name it,” said the source.
The person consulted by the British tabloid also shared that the Duchess of Sussex is also a fan of reiki, alternative medicine in which therapists channel energy and send it to the patient through touch.
“Meghan also does Reiki on herself, and even on Archie and her dogs to help them feel more balanced and relaxed,” the source added.
Japanese origin therapy is believed to activate the body’s natural healing processes and restore physical and emotional well-being.
