Days after re-releasing their album ‘Goats Head Soup‘, the rock band once again took the top spot on the Official Albums Chart in the UK. This leadership makes the Rolling Stones break a record of positioning themselves as number one across six different decades.

The legendary rock band is topping the UK Best Albums charts thanks to the re-release of their album Goats Head Soup which was originally released in 1973.

According to officialcharts, the Rolling Stones have become the first band in official chart history to get a number one album across six different decades.

With these chart ranking, the rock band now has 13 No. 1 albums, keeping up with Elvis Presley and Robbie Williams.

The Rolling Stones continue to tour even though Mick Jagger and guitarist Keith are in their 70s.

So far, only the Beatles have achieved more number one albums in the UK, 17, including two re-releases.
