A balanced diet and exercise are the greatest ways to reduce fat and reach a healthy weight – but one drink could make things much easier.

According to one health expert, there is an easy-to-prepare, nutrient-rich drink that can help speed up digestion and combat dangerous body fat.

Our bodies have visceral – or buried – fat in the stomach that is neither visible nor touchable. Chronic health issues such as heart disease and metabolic disorders can be exacerbated by too much of this fat.

According to health psychologist Ieva Kebiliute, fat can be readily reduced with a two-ingredient green juice. Here’s everything you need to know.

What is the two-ingredient juice for digestion and weight loss?

Coriander juice, according to the specialist, could aid people who have a lot of visceral fat in their bodies. Coriander is well-known for its therapeutic properties, which include anti-diabetic, antioxidant, and anticancer properties.

They explained that a mixture of coriander leaves, seeds, blossoms, and fruit are strong in antioxidants, which can help with digestion and weight loss.

“Coriander juice is popular for quick weight shedding. It works,” according to the expert, “by increasing your metabolism, thus burning more calories at a faster frequency. You may not like its taste, but blending with lemon juice improves the flavour and gives more effect.”

Besides its culinary uses, coriander has a number of other health benefits

The effects of coriander seed supplementation on visceral adipose tissue fat accumulation in growing rats were examined in a study published in the Journal of Agriculture and Biology.

Standard rat chow or rat chow supplemented with crushed coriander seeds were fed to the rats. After weeks, the researchers saw a significant difference in the visceral fat of the animals.

It was shown that coriander supplementation enhanced the amount of monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids in visceral adipose tissue while decreasing the fatty acid content. Coriander also improved the ratios of omega 3 to omega 6 in visceral adipose tissue.

A further study published in the Journal of Animal and Veterinary Advances looked at the effects of coriander seed supplementation.

This study validated the seed’s hypolipidemic and antioxidative action in quail, which reduced belly fat formation in the animal.

Previous research has shown that coriander leaves increase metabolism by increasing insulin secretion, which aids in blood sugar management.
