Expert Shares How A Simple Snack Turns Your Body Into A Belly Fat Burner

Obesity affects more than one-third of adults in the US, but Nataly Komova, a registered dietician and fitness expert, has a food hack that can help you feel full.

Many Americans try to lose weight by not snacking as much, but an expert has found one food that can help you lose weight by making you feel less hungry.

Sadly, according to the CDC, there is an increase in obesity rates in the US. The expenditures associated with that statistic are astonishing.

36.5 percent of adults in the United States are obese. Additionally, 32.5 percent of adult Americans are overweight. Overall, more than two thirds of adults in the US are obese or overweight.

While having some body fat is beneficial, not all fats are created equal.

Visceral fat is found in the abdominal cavity, where it is difficult to detect.

If there is too much of it, it can be harmful because it wraps around your internal organs, including the liver and intestines.

It can make you more likely to get heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, type 2 diabetes, a stroke, or high cholesterol.

How To Turn your Body into a Belly Fat Burner?

Nataly Komova, a registered dietician and fitness expert for JustCBD, has shared her best tips for getting rid of visceral fat through food.

The best appetite suppressant, according to the expert, is peanuts.

“Peanuts,” according to the expert, “are an excellent source of fibre, proteins, and heart-healthy fats (think monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats).

“All these suppress your appetite and increase the feeling of satiety, making you eat less. This makes it easy to lose or maintain weight,” she told the express.

In addition to the minerals indicated above, Nataly continued, “peanuts are loaded with flavonoids, phytosterols, phenolic acids, and resveratrol.

These substances increase longevity by reducing the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease.

Tryptophan, an amino acid found in peanuts, “increases the production and release of a feel-good chemical called serotonin.”

Serotonin levels that are higher are essential for improving your mood.

According to her, peanuts’ vitamin E and B content is linked to glowing skin.

“Vitamin E, in particular, prevents skin inflammation that is tied to a number of issues, including itching, dryness, redness, swelling, and sensitivity.”

The key to losing weight is a well-balanced diet and regular physical activity.

“I strongly suggest combining the above drinks and foods with these exercises: brisk walking, jogging and running,” continued Nataly.

Without costly testing, there is “no way,” claims WebMD, to determine how much visceral fat is stored within your body.

But you can get a rough idea by putting a tape measure around your waist over your belly button – don’t suck in your stomach.

“Visceral fat” is defined as having a circumference more than 35 inches in women. It is 40 inches in men.

“Warning – this is a crude tool, especially if you’re a very big person.”
