An oncologist explains what are the foods that can have negative effects on our body and facilitate the development of cancer.
According to the oncologist and a surgeon too consulted by Revyuh, the development of cancer is not always caused by specific foods, but by factors such as the way they are produced and cooked.
The doctor explained that regular consumption of food contaminated with carcinogens or mineral fertilizers, for example, significantly increases the probability of the development of malignant tumors, in particular, in the organs of the digestive system.

The surgeon emphasized that it is important to wash well and store food properly. However, he stressed that carcinogens can arise during cooking.
As an example, the specialist mentioned the use of sunflower oil to fry meats. Using excess fat is not a good habit in principle, but frequent use of sunflower oil causes even more problems, he said.
The expert also pointed out that a healthy diet is extremely important for the body to fight the highly lethal disease.
“The body does not need foods that contain a lot of fat, calories, and sugar. They can cause concomitant pathologies, so the body will not be able to fight cancer normally,” says the doctor.
The oncologist stressed that alcoholic beverages can cause serious damage to our health. The amount of carcinogens in them is too high, which negatively affects the liver.
Excessive alcohol consumption can facilitate the development of cancer, said the specialist.
He further added that to keep the body healthy, it is necessary to add to the diet “foods that contain anticancer substances”, such as vegetables and fruits.
