Millions of people around the world suffer from the annoying, and in some cases, dangerous inflammations that they have to control with medication.

However, there are some natural drinks that can help the body control them.

Many know the healthy nutrients contained in parsley, lemon, spinach, cucumbers and many other vegetables and fruits, but few know how to combine them to make their nutrients more effective for the body.

The Onlymyhealth portal offers three drinks and a soup with an ideal combination of foods to combat inflammations:

Green juice: It consists of tossing in a blender parsley, green apple, cucumber and celery and then add a little ginger and lemon juice. Once well liquefied, enjoy its flavor.

Lemon and turmeric: The latter ingredient is known to be a powerful inflammatory compound capable of relieving joint pain and inflammation, while the antioxidants in lemon promote anti-inflammatory effects.

In a pan add three glasses of water, place in it the turmeric root or a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Grate some ginger and add two teaspoons of lemon juice. Grate some lemon in the pan and bring to a boil.

Once this drink boils it should be strained and you can drink it daily for a period of 4-5 weeks.

Baking soda and water: Although this drink is effective, it must be taken into account that great care must be taken to mix the appropriate proportions and not abuse its consumption because it can cause health problems.

In two cups of water, add 1/3 teaspoon of baking soda.

Bone broth: Chicken bone broth is an ideal solution for non-vegetarians. Its glucosamine and chondroitin improve joints in addition to providing glycine, arginine and proline amino acids that also fight inflammation.

Your body will thank you for helping it with natural foods and drinks, although nothing is good in excess, so it is best to first consult with a specialist doctor to what extent these remedies can help you.
