British singer Gemma Louisiana suffered bruises after a deer kicked her in the back while trying to take a snapshot for a musical promotion at Richmond Park.

The photo of this incident, which occurred on October 11 in southwest London, has gone viral on social media.

Initially, the image was published by the Royal Parks Police who accompanied it with the hashtag #WeAreNotBambi. They did this to remind park visitors that they should respect a distance of at least 50 meters with these wild animals.

According to Gemma, the deer approached her and started eating food from one of her bags. She claims to have been more than 50 meters from the animal, which did not appear to be aggressive. The girl did her best not to scare him.

“I was terrified when he began to approach me, he no longer seemed so friendly, but I did not want to disturb him. Suddenly he got behind me and pushed me with his front legs, I had never experienced anything like it,” the woman told the Daily Mirror.

Following this attack, she was approached by a ranger and told that she should avoid approaching the deer because Autumn is the deer’s breeding season. Now the young woman is afraid to return to the park and has asked for signs to be put up to warn visitors of the danger.

In addition, Louisiana “is angry and upset” that some users of social networks accuse her of posing with the deer. The woman denies having been taking a selfie or feeding the wild animal.
