An incredible video made in Australia shows a 15-foot crocodile swimming like a dolphin alongside a boat. However, what most surprised the author of the video, Alec Dunn, a fisherman from North Queensland, was the speed with which the reptile was moving.

Dunn thinks the crocodile’s unusual way of swimming is due to shallow water. According to the fisherman, the reptile simply stepped on the bottom and went up so to breathe while accompanying his boat.

Meanwhile, David White, a crocodile guide, warned in comments to the Cairns Post that such behaviour of the reptile is unusual and highly dangerous.

At the same time, such a high speed of the crocodile is quite common, according to specialists.
