In a suburb of Austin, Texas, USA, a man locked himself in a house and began shooting. It was reported by the local police department on Twitter on Monday, August 17.

On a call, the police arrived at the apartment building. The attacker in the shooting has not yet been arrested.

“We can confirm that three police officers are injured. They are in a stable condition at the local hospital,” it said.

“We are on scene of a shooting where multiple Cedar Park Police Officers have been shot while responding to a call at a home off Natalie Cove. Subject is barricaded inside the home and multiple law enforcement agencies are on scene,” says the Twitter post.

Earlier, two people were wounded in the shooting near the White House. The man who opened fire, as well as a secret security officer, were injured during a shootout at the residence of the President of the United States.

It was also reported that there was a shooting at a party in the United States. One person was killed and two others were seriously injured in a shooting in Los Angeles. One person was injured while fleeing.
