Congresswoman Maxine Waters said in The ReidOut that the former President had made advanced planning of the U. S Capitol riots, and must be charged with premeditated murders.

In her appearance on MSNBC’s The ReidOut, Maxime Waters said that the former US President Donald Trump should be charged with premeditated murder for the lives lost during the day of insurrection in the Capitol.

Maxine Waters is a Congresswoman who serves as the US Representative for California’s 43rd District in Los Angeles county.

Waters said that former President Donald Trump is responsible for initiating riots at the US Capitol Building. Waters also mentioned the threats that she has been dealing with for years at her California office.

“Because I took on this president early, I called for his impeachment early, I have been threatened time and time again,” said Waters.

She also said about being able to relate to the fear that Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez must have felt.

Further, Waters went on to point out that Trump had planned for the Capitol Invasion in advance. Here’s what she said:

“They are following the president of the United States of America, who had advance planning about the invasion that took place in our Capitol,”

The Congresswoman expressed her rage by saying that Trump should be “absolutely” charged for premeditated murders linked with the life-threatening violence that took place on January 6, at the US Capitol.

“There’s information that some of the planning came out of individuals working in his campaign. As a matter of fact, he absolutely should be charged with premeditated murder because of the lives that were lost with this invasion, with this insurrection,” said Waters.

Waters also talked about having learned over time as to how she should look out for herself and counteract threats that come her way. She also stated that the minority women in Congress are “often threatened“.

“Yes, we are threatened. But we can’t back off. We’ve got to fight as hard as we can to see to it that there’s some justice,” Waters stated.
