In addition, 1,204 airports were reworked by the community and incorporated into X-Plane with a 3D model. Previously, they either had no scene data or 2D scene data. Another 1,460 airports have been redesigned. Including some German, which are recognizable by the EDXX ICAO codes.

The number of 3D airports thus increases to 9,812. The community should also benefit from the new World Editor 2.0, which simplifies the development of airports in the game.

Apart from these innovations, X-Plane 11.33 also eliminates numerous errors. This ranges from problems with the use of two monitors over spelling mistakes up to bugs, which can lead to crashes. Noteworthy are some errors that occur in connection with VR headsets.

If you play with a headset, you could see lightning strikes inside the cockpit, which should not happen. The VR option is still comparatively new in X-Plane 11 and was only integrated after the initial release of the game. In this regard, the version 11.33 also has an existing error. If you end the game while using VR, you may expect the game to crash.
