The launch of the GPS III 04 spacecraft is the company’s second mission for the US Space Force this year.

SpaceX has launched a third-generation military GPS satellite into orbit, according to the SpaceX website.

“The Falcon 9 completed its second mission this year for the US Space Force, launching the GPS III 04 spacecraft from Launch Complex 40 (SLC-40) at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida,” the report said.

It is noted that after the separation, the first stage of the Falcon 9 landed on a platform in the Atlantic Ocean.
