Most often they complained of pain at the injection site, headache and fatigue. There were also two cases of allergic reaction.

The number of Pfizer / BioNTech vaccination side effects reported in the Netherlands has already reached a hundred. This was announced by the director of the Lareb Side Effects Center, Agnes Kant.

Agnes Kant noted that two cases of a severe allergic reaction are known to date.

“These were symptoms such as a rash and swelling around the eyes. These people were helped and recovered quickly,” Kant said.

In other cases, residents of the Netherlands complained of pain at the injection site, headache and fatigue.

It is noted that side effects are a natural consequence of vaccination, as the drug activates the immune system. So far, about 47,000 people have received vaccines in the Netherlands.

“For every 10,000 vaccinations we had estimated there would be 20 to 25 reports, so this is in line with our estimates. But we are also not being told all the side effects,” Kant added.

It is also reported that due to allergy cases, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) recommends that doctors monitor people for 15 minutes after injection.

Earlier it was reported that 23 people died in Norway after receiving the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine. All deceased over 80 years of age with weakened immunity.

Also in France, they announced new side effects from the Pfizer / BioNTech vaccine. After vaccination, four patients developed allergic reactions to the drug, two people had tachycardia.
