A photographer captured with his camera the cunning technique that a wild cat uses to hunt a poisonous snake in the middle of a forest.
The wild cat is not immune to the venom of this snake, but with slaps and sharp claws it manages not only to defend itself, but also to drive its fangs into the reptile’s head and then take it away as if it were a trophy.
The curious episode was captured by photographer Robert Martinez in California’s Angeles National Forest when he decided to leave his camera on the spot without knowing he would capture the incredible scene.
