One juror finds it difficult to serve as a juror after watching “[Kim] Kardashian’s sex tape”.
During jury selection for the family’s imminent trial against Blac Chyna, the Kardashians and Jenners were less than pleased to learn of Kim Kardashian’s sex tape scandal.
On Monday, inside the Los Angeles Superior Court, where Kardashian-Jenner lawyer Michael Rhodes questioned a group of potential jurors if they had strong positive or negative views about reality television.
“I have watched [Kim] Kardashian’s sex tape, and I don’t think I can be impartial on this case,” one potential juror, a man in his 50s or 60s, claimed he’d never watched “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” but added, “I have watched [Kim] Kardashian’s sex tape, and I don’t think I can be impartial on this case.”
The other possible jurors in the crowd burst out laughing when they heard the response. Khloé Kardashian, 37, was seen fixing Kim’s long, dark locks after that statement as if to console her sister.
Kris Jenner, 66, then shook her head as the same man underlined to the judge that serving as a juror would be difficult for him since he would be “replaying that sex tape over and over again” in his thoughts.
While Kim, 41, kept her focus fixed on the front of the courtroom, Khloé appeared plainly upset by the remarks and maintained the same attitude as she, her sisters, and Kris stepped out for a break.
Several of those questioned on Monday claimed they were familiar with the Kardashians and Jenners because their children watched their shows and followed them on social media.
One jury confessed that being impartial during the trial would be difficult for him since he dislikes reality shows and wishes it “wasn’t on any longer.”
Meanwhile, Kim posted on her Twitter account what makes her keep going.

From 2007 through 2021, E”KUWTK” !’s aired for 20 seasons. Several spin-off shows, including “Rob & Chyna,” debuted around that time. “The Kardashians,” their most recent show, debuted on Hulu just a few weeks ago.
Chyna filed a complaint in 2017 alleging assault, battery, domestic violence, slander, and interference with prospective business connections against the whole Kardashian-Jenner family, including Kourtney Kardashian, 43, and Kendall Jenner, 26.
The reality actress, who has a 5-year-old daughter with Rob named Dream, has accused her ex of being an “abuser” and his family of being “media predators” for canceling their show.
Chyna is suing for more than $40 million in lost earnings and more than $60 million in lost future earning capability.
The Kardashians and Jenners reacted to Chyna’s claims with their own lawsuit, stating that the influencer assaulted Rob brutally.
