Local Police will impose a penalty for breach of health regulations and another for disturbing public order
Two Spaniards in the town of Cangas de Onis, Asturias, caused shock among several policemen and pedestrians after they were instructed to put on the mask.
The two middle-aged Asturians tried to pass themselves off as dogs in order not to comply with the regulations. In the recording you can see how one of the tourists walks on all fours, imitating the gesture used by dogs to urinate.

Finally, the Police arrested both of them and transferred them to the barracks to identify them. They are accused of disturbing public order and not wearing a mask. Each can face a fine of around $ 700.
Cases of contagion continue to grow in Spain. To date, more than 385,000 Spaniards have tested positive for COVID-19. More than 28,800 died from this disease.
