A Japanese company launched a new attraction that is not only totally spooky but also allows you to maintain an appropriate safety distance.

What is this horror show about? The client has to endure 15 minutes in a transparent coffin, while the actors disguised as zombies and ghosts attack and try to scare them.

“Lots of events have been cancelled because of the coronavirus, and I was looking for a way to get rid of my stress,” confessed a local resident. “I feel relaxed now.”

“The pandemic is stressful, and we hope people can get a bit of relief by having a good scream,” said Kenta Iwana, coordinator of the company that created the unusual attraction on wheels, Kowagarasetai.

“We needed to have something that we could take anywhere, and coffins are easy to move. All you need to do is put them in a dark room,” said Iwana. “It’s good business for us and satisfying for our customers.”

Iwana added that the initiative also helped its employees earn money as before the crisis they used to work in amusement parts but now closed due to COVID-19 pandemic.
