A few hours to the launch of Stadia: Google adds ten new titles to the line-up, bringing the games available to 22.
The countdown is almost over for the launch of Stadia: still a few hours and it will be possible to connect to Google’s platform for cloud gaming. For the occasion, the Mountain View group intervened by announcing an expansion of the line-up of titles that will be available immediately, on day one, with ten new entries compared to what was previously confirmed.
Stadia: 22 games available at launch
These are already known: Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, Destiny 2: The Collection (free for Pro subscribers), Gylt, Just Dance 2020, Kine, Mortal Kombat 11, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Red Dead Redemption 2, Samurai Shodown (free with Pro subscription), Shadow of The Tomb Raider, Thumper and Tomb Raider 2013. The following games are added: Attack on Titan Final Battle 2, Farming Simulator 2019, Final Fantasy XV, Football Manager 2020, Grid 2019, Metro Exodus, NBA 2K20, Rage 2, Rising Trials and Wolfenstein Youngblood.

Among the new additions is the addition of the Samurai Shodown fighting game to the list of what is accessible simply by signing up for the Pro a Stadia subscription, for the monthly price of 9.99 euros. You will then receive the same treatment already reserved for Destiny 2: The Collection. Remember instead that the other titles will have to be purchased separately: as pointed out several times by bigG, the platform will not be the Netflix of video games.
In recent days, the guide to the configuration and use of the official controller has also been online, a peripheral equipped with, among other things, a WiFi module for direct connection to the platform servers and a button for instant activation of the Google Assistant so as to being able to interact with the features of the service by taking advantage of the convenience of voice commands.
