This is what Apple Xinyi A13 looks like, Apple's next big opening in Taipei

June 15 is the date chosen by Apple to open its second store in Taiwan, Apple Xinyi A13 in Taipei. As often happens with Apple Store’s large openings, the company has shown a series of public photographs of the exterior and interior of the new store.

New generation design and Today at Apple

Although Apple Xinyi A13 is not the first store of the company in Taiwan (Apple Taipei 101 Mall has that honor), it is the first with a latest generation design for the Apple Store. It is therefore also the first to offer Today’s Apple sessions in the country. Apple says that free design, photography, video, music, programming, apps development and more will be offered every day.

As for the architectural part, Apple has opted for a lower space where is the Today at Apple forum, the space for Genius Grove and the exhibition of some of the products. There is also no lack of trees within the building itself, something “classic” in the new generation of Apple stores.

But the interesting thing is the upper part that faces the outside, has only two cement walls and opaque, while the other two are huge transparent crystals . In this space above we see some products exposed as Apple Watch, iPhone or iPad. In addition, it has a roof that simulates a huge MacBook.

Apple also says that more than half of its 155 employees come from stores in the region and together they speak more than 10 different languages. One of the classes of employees that this store will have is the Creativos Pro, experts in artistic subjects of different disciplines that will help users to take advantage of their devices as in the Today at Apple sessions.

Apple Xinyi A13 opens its doors this coming Saturday, June 15.
