British woman claims gang rape in the metaverse: “Within 60 seconds of joining”

British woman claims gang rape in the metaverse:

The metaverse has acknowledged this problem and has stated that it will improve the tools for user security.

British Nina Jane Patel announced sexual harassment and virtual violence in the Horizon Worlds metaverse, which is owned by Mark Zuckerberg.

According to the woman, she did not have time to turn on the safe mode during the entrance to the metaverse and was subjected to verbal and sexual harassment from other users.

Patel stated that they “actually raped her avatar” and took numerous pictures.

“Within 60 seconds of joining I was verbally and sexually harassed, 3-4 male avatars, with male voices, essentially, but virtually gang raped my avatar and took photos, as I tried to get away they yelled — ‘don’t pretend you didn’t love it’ and ‘go rub yourself off to the photo,” Patel said.

“A horrible experience that happened so fast and before I could even think about putting the safety barrier in place, I froze.”

After that, she turned off the Internet.

Note that the platform was launched on December 9 last year.
