A neurologist explains how to protect yourself from the radiation emitted by smartphones

Although science has not yet reached a final conclusion on the impact of mobile phones on health, it is believed that the main danger of this device is the emission of electromagnetic radiation. Russian neurologist Marat Yakupov explained that the more the mobile phone is used, the greater the danger.

“Due to the constant use of smartphones and hence the frequent negative effects of electromagnetic radiation on living tissues in person, frequent headaches, daytime sleepiness, increased irritability and fatigue can occur”

the doctor warned.

Yakupov explained to the Prime agency that electromagnetic waves can cause internal tissues to heat up, and dangerous radiation from mobile devices is absorbed by many human organs. In other words, the more powerful the source of electromagnetic radiation, the greater the risk of mutations in the nuclei of our cells, which often cause cancer.

The doctor explained that “if you need to have a conversation, remember to take a recommended 15-minute break. At night, it is better to turn off the phone completely. There should be no late-night conversations, and the alarm clock works even when the device is off.”

Finally, the neurologist recommends keeping or wearing the device close to the head only after a person answers, since when a call is made the phone emits more radiation.
