In the early morning of April 6, a car crashed into the fence of the Russian embassy in Bucharest, Digi24 TV channel reports.

The car then caught fire and the driver died. Sources close to the investigation told Digi24 that the driver acted deliberately and managed to shout something to the security guard of the diplomatic mission. According to other sources, the driver lost control.

According to the sources, it was an intentional gesture. Thus, the driver allegedly went directly to the main access gate and crashed his car into the fence.
