A dietician reveals the world’s healthiest food…and it’s pretty unusual

Maybe you will hear its name for the first time. Here is the healthiest food in the world.

If you don’t mind eating vegetables and even including them in your meals, we have some excellent news for you. One of these is regarded as the world’s healthiest food.

It is the rhubarb (Rheum officinale), a species of flowering plant of the Polygonaceae family. It is effective in maintaining a healthy heart and lowering cholesterol, it also helps control sugar levels and blood pressure, as well as protects against Alzheimer’s disease, says Turkish nutritionist and therapist Canan Karatay.

Combinations of its root and underground stem are used in traditional Chinese medicine.

“Put an egg on top and you will have the healthiest dish in the world. In addition, this plant is rich in antioxidants and vitamins, including C,” she emphasized.

This mountain banana, as it is known in Anatolia, is usually eaten raw, but you can also roast it. If you lightly roast the rhubarb with the eggs, you will have a completely new dish with a tangy twist.

Rich in vitamins A, B1, B2, C, E and K and cures many diseases;

It stimulates the appetite and helps to gain weight;

Rhubarb Side Effects List

Rhubarb is used in a variety of dishes. When used in large amounts, rhubarb can be dangerous.

If you have a bowel obstruction, appendicitis, unexplained stomach pain, or inflammatory disorders like Crohn’s disease, colitis, or irritable bowel syndrome, don’t eat rhubarb (IBS).

If you already have kidney disease, avoid rhubarb.

If you have ever had kidney stones, don’t take rhubarb.
