Study reveals how consuming these 3 cheese can extend your life

A team of scientists at Texas A&M University has found that eating cheeses like Cheddar, Brie, and Parmesan in moderate amounts helps to extend life expectancy.

This type of cheese contains the spermidine molecule, that allows regulating longevity and plays a vital role in the survival of the cell.

According to the study, spermidine also helps prevent liver cell replication, which helps prevent various diseases such as liver fibrosis and even liver cancer. Researchers conducted an experiment on mice to which they added spermidine to their diet and found that their life expectancy increased by 25%.

“Spermidine is a product naturally found in food, so we hope it would have minimal side effects. The next steps would be human clinical trials to determine safety and efficacy”

said study co-author Professor Leyuan Liu.

He added that the problem is that people would need to start ingesting spermidine as soon as they start eating solid foods to get a significant type of improvement.

However, scientists reiterated that these are preliminary results, so it is important to exercise caution and consume these foods in moderation.
