New guidelines issued by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention – Vaccinated people will be able to meet unvaccinated people at home without a mask. What applies to public spaces?

The road to freedom is open for those who have received both doses of the coronavirus vaccine. According to the new instructions of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), fully vaccinated people will enter normalcy, they will be able to gather at homes, without masks and distances.

A few days ago, America’s leading infectious disease specialist, Anthony Fauci, spoke about the freedoms of socializing that can be enjoyed by those who have received both doses.

The good news, according to the US CDC, is that those who have been vaccinated will be able to visit those who have not been vaccinated, as long as they have not been exposed to the coronavirus.

For example, fully vaccinated grandparents will be able to visit unvaccinated healthy adult children and healthy grandchildren without masks or distances. However, the visit should be limited to one household. If the neighbors of the adult children have not been vaccinated, they will not be able to visit the house if not everyone is wearing a mask or if the distances are not observed.

The recommendations come as governments move towards a gradual opening up of the economy, given the drop in viral load due to vaccinations.

However, experts are ringing the bells at every corner, so that there is no superficial relaxation and the planet is in the vortex of a fourth pandemic wave.

The wave of encouragement created by scientists to vaccinate people is obvious, while at the same time the high effectiveness of vaccines is confirmed, from the very first dose, which prevents hospitalization in case of contact with a carrier.

In its new directives, the CDC recommends the following:

Fully vaccinated Americans can gather indoors in private homes, in small groups without masks or distances. Vaccinated can be gathered at home with unvaccinated from a single household, also without masks or distances.

– Vaccinated people do not need to be quarantined or tested if they have been exposed to the coronavirus, as long as they do not show signs of infection. If they experience symptoms, they should be isolated, examined and talk to their doctor.

– In public places, vaccinated persons must continue to wear masks and maintain distances as well as precautionary instructions, in accordance with sanitary protocols.

– Vaccinated should continue to avoid large and medium concentrations.

At present, the CDC has not made any specific travel announcements.
