Johnny Depp‘s case against his ex-wife Amber Heard continues. On November 2, 2020, the actor was found guilty of 12 out of 14 cases of beating the actress. However, Johnny Depp intends to fight further to prove his innocence.
Heard and her team have provided several evidence during legal proceedings, but now, according to the sources, the Hollywood actor provided new evidence showing Amber Heard was lying about a fight in which she claimed Depp hurled a phone at her face and trashed their penthouse kitchen during the notorious May 2016 dust-up.

The video, which was filmed with the body cameras of the police who arrived at the call to the actors’ apartment, shows that there are no obvious signs of damage, disorder or blood stains on the floor or carpets.
The actor’s lawyers also claim the lurid depictions of damage – including broken candelabras, glass strewn on the floor, and red wine sloshed on the walls and carpets – are completely at odds with what police remember.
Four different LAPD officers visited the loft-style apartment in downtown Los Angeles after Heard’s pals accidentally dialed 911 twice.
According to Depp’s attorney Adam Waldman, the clip proves there was never any wrecking spree and that Heard’s account of the evening cannot be trusted.
“Amber Heard and her friends described a chaotic, messy crime scene but the newly released LAPD bodycam videos unambiguously show that the penthouse was utterly undamaged and that their testimony was one more grandiose lie”
Waldman told DailyMail.com in a statement.
