Stephanie Dubois died at the age of 39. She has been living in Cyprus for the last five months and received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine there.

British model Stephanie Dubois has died of thrombosis also known as Blood clot after being vaccinated against the coronavirus with AstraZeneca.

As reported by DailyMail, Dubois received the first dose of the vaccine on May 6 in the city of Paphos in Cyprus.

On Facebook that day, she posted on Facebook:

“Today I was vaccinated! I hate needles, and this day was no exception. Now I feel terrible. I spend time in bed with pizza.”

A week later, the woman developed breathing problems and was taken to a local hospital.

On the social network, Dubois said that she had tremors all over her body and joint pain.

In addition, she suffered from constant headaches. She tested for coronavirus, but it came back negative.

“Maybe that’s how I got a reaction to the vaccine,” Stephanie suggested.

Already on May 19, Dubois was in a coma. Later, local media reported that the woman suffered a cerebral hemorrhage, which led to her death on May 22.

Health officials at the main government hospital in Cyprus in Nicosia said the model had no serious illnesses.

They also noted that the causes of Dubois’ death will be investigated by the European Medicines Agency.
