Nutritionist named the best drink for the liver

The expert says that sugar-free black coffee helps reduce the risk of developing cirrhosis of the liver.

Our liver is important, but we may not know how important it is. As a matter of fact, the Cleveland Clinic says that your liver does a lot of things for your body.

As you eat, your body breaks down the nutrients in your food so that your body can use them, filters out toxins from your blood, helps your body make normal amounts of blood clots, and throws out old cells.

All of us need to take care of our livers and give them what they need.

Fortunately, one of the world’s most popular beverages has a well-known ability to help your liver.

Courtney D’Angelo, a nutrition expert, says that coffee is the healthiest drink you can drink to keep your liver healthy.

According to her, research shows that drinking coffee lowers the chance of developing cirrhosis of the liver and protects it from non-alcoholic fatty disease.

Coffee’s positive effects stem from its ability to prevent the fat formation and boost the quantity of antioxidants in the liver. The latter is responsible for neutralizing the activity of damaging free radicals, preventing organ cell damage.

A recent study in Nutrients said that coffee might also help prevent liver scarring, which could then help lower your chances of getting cirrhosis or liver disease.

However, you must drink coffee according to the recipe, which means no sugar, milk, or heavy cream.
