Prince Harry is likely to turn down a Christmas invitation from his father, King Charles III, and will not spend the holiday with the rest of his family for the first time since the Queen died.

Sources say that Prince Harry will not spend Christmas with the rest of the royal family after new details from his explosive memoir came to light.

They said that relations are “near rock bottom” and that the Duke of Sussex won’t accept an invitation from King Charles to see the book before it comes out around the world on January 10.

The book, which is titled Spare in honor of him growing up under Prince William’s shadow, has already shocked the royal family.

Insiders said that after the Queen died, it was hoped that the warring relatives would be able to get along again.

Last month, Harry and his wife Meghan made a low-key visit to Britain during the season of grief.

But according to reports, they have “no plans” to rejoin with the family at Sandringham Estate in Norfolk for their first Christmas without the Queen.

According to a source, the royals were “completely caught by surprise” last week when they learned the book’s title and more specifics about how Harry will convey “raw, unflinching honesty.”

The duke is about to go into the most controversial aspects of his royal existence.

One source said as cited by Mirror, “This book could spell the end for any relationship Harry wants to have with his family, it’s desperately sad.

“Everyone is bracing themselves for yet another fraught and frantic period at the mercy of the Sussexes.”
