The famous American rapper Kanye West surprised the world with another impulsive act that the international press and the internet have not stopped talking about. Now, he uploaded a video on his social networks in which he is seen urinating on his Grammy award. Why?
Kanye West continues to be news. In a few months, the husband of the model and businesswoman Kim Kardashian revealed a family secret that left his wife in check, compared his mother-in-law to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and even ran as an independent candidate for the Presidency of the United States in July.
The rapper suffers from a bipolar disorder that Kardashian had to speak about publicly in the framework of the repeated scandals, but things do not seem to improve for him.
Now, in his most recent public action, West uploaded a video to his social networks in which he is seen urinating on his Grammy award, which he flushed down in the toilet. In the post, you can read: “Trust me, I won’t stop.”

Within a few hours of being on the internet, the video had more than 130,000 retweets and more than 500,000 likes. But why did she do this?
The reason for the Kanye West video
In addition to uploading that video, West posted page by page all of the 10 contracts he has with the Universal studio.
“I need all the lawyers in the world to look at this,” he added in one of the more than 100 posts he made in the course of an hour. Earlier, he had warned Sony that the company is not spared either, but that it will fight “one battle at a time.” Days ago, the artist had renounced the contracts he had with both companies.
In his post, he talks about “hidden costs” that companies use under the guise of “distribution fees”, and that they would guarantee more money for the stamps, which he described as “traps” present in the contracts.
Meanwhile, the internet is torn between laughter, questioning and support for the rapper.
“Yes, Kanye West is posting copies of his record company contracts to show how unfair they are. This is something artists should have done decades ago. As a result, a troop of white supremacists are defending the record company as if it were an insanity claim an injustice,” says a user on Twitter.
So @kanyewest is posting copies of his record contract to show how unfair it is. Something artists should have done DECADES ago.
And right on cue, rank and file white supremacists are coming to the defense of the RECORD COMPANY as if it's CRAZY to stand up for yourself. pic.twitter.com/HuHAzJi5XM— Black Authority (@TheBlackChannel) September 16, 2020
“Everything Kanye has said about record companies being exploitative is true,” adds another.
