Several killed in a shootout at the headquarter of the Russian State Security in Moscow

A man with an automatic firearm shot several people at the entrance of the FBS building at the headquarter of the Russian State Security in Moscow

At least three people have died and several have been injured in a shooting at the headquarters of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) in Moscow, according to local media.

A man with some type of automatic firearm has shot several people at the entrance of one of the FBS buildings in central Moscow, according to the account of several witnesses cited by the Moscow Times. Russian Security Forces have cordoned off the area.

In several videos of the scene, published on social networks, gunshots and gunmen can be heard running away from the FSB building.

According to local media, the alleged shooter would have managed to flee the scene after the shooting, allegedly perpetrated with a Kalashnikov rifle. The dead would be members of the Russian security services.
