Advisor to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak said that the Russian army is targetting only logistics centers, humanitarian convoys, and distribution centers in Ukraine.
Mikhail Podolyak, a member of the negotiating group with the Russian Federation and advisor to the head of the Presidential Office, remarked on the information regarding the destroyed logistics warehouses and food bases, as well as stopped humanitarian convoys.
“28 days of war weren’t enough for us to see the key thing: Russia is no longer fighting against Ukranian army, but only against our logistics centers, humanitarian convoys, centers of supply & distribution of food/clothing/medicines, civilians who want to leave the area of hostilities,” said Advisor to the head of the Presidential Office Mikhail Podolyak.
