Heart muscle inflammation recorded after receiving the second dose of the drug. The country’s Ministry of Health stressed that these data will not affect the vaccination program.

In Japan, seven people developed heart muscle inflammation after being vaccinated against the coronavirus with Pfizer.

This was announced on June 13 by the NHK TV and radio company with reference to the country’s Ministry of Health.

It is noted that as of May 30, about 9.7 million people in Japan had been vaccinated with the Pfizer vaccine.

Seven people between the ages of 20 and 69 developed myocarditis or pericarditis.

Six of them are men. Symptoms appeared after receiving the second dose of the vaccine.

The Japanese Ministry of Health said there were no significant safety concerns that could affect the vaccination program. Officials said they will continue to collect data both domestically and abroad.

The collection of vaccination data will continue both domestically and internationally.

Previously it was reported that Pfizer and Moderna vaccines can seriously affect the heart of young men.
