Bella Kidman-Cruise, the daughter of Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman, made a rare public appearance in London to display her own artistic skills at an art museum.

Normally, the 28-year-old artist avoids the limelight, but she was a celebrity guest at an art exhibition organized by Courtney Love last month, when she displayed some of her own work.

Bella wore a grunge-inspired outfit to the event which marked the 30 year anniversary of the release of 57-year-old Courtney’s band Hole’s album Pretty On The Inside.

And the night saw guests at the gallery launch – which was held at Parliament Tattoo in North London – admiring arts inspired by the Hole album.

An invite to the 30 Years of Pretty On The Inside event stated: “A group art exhibition commemorating Hole’s Pretty On The Inside featuring 30 original artworks inspired by the iconic album.”

Bella was listed on the invite as one of the artists taking part.

She was adopted by 59-year-old Tom and 43-year-old Nicole in 1995 along with her brother, Connor.

While Tom and Nicole are arguably two of the most famous actors in the world, Bella and Connor have typically kept themselves out of the public eye.

When Tom and Nicole divorced in 2001 after 12 years of marriage, it is believed Bella – who lives in the UK capital – and her adoptive mother are apart.

However, fans have suggested the pair have reconciled in recent months after noticing Bella ‘liking’ a string of images that Nicole has shared on social media.

A source told New Idea magazine last year:

“Bella popping up on Nicole’s Instagram all of a sudden has got lots of people talking.

“It’s huge, given everything that’s happened between them.

“To finally have her baby girl back in her life would be beyond Nicole’s wildest dreams. She’s missed out on so much over the years, including Bella’s wedding.”

There have been reports in recent years that Nicole’s relationship with both adopted children became strained after her split with Tom and they decided to remain living with him and following in his footsteps as worshippers of Scientology.

While in an interview with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association previously, Nicole has said she is fiercely protective of her two adoptive children – as well as the two children she shares with husband Kieth Urban.

She told reporters: “I’m very private about all that.

“I have to protect all those relationships. I know 150 per cent that I would give up my life for my children because it’s what my purpose is.”

And she also defended Bella and Connor’s right to believe in Scientology, telling Vanity Fair previously: “They are adults. They are able to make their own decisions.

“They have made choices to be Scientologists and as a mother, it’s my job to love them.

“I am an example of that tolerance and that’s what I believe – that no matter what your child does, the child has love and the child has to know there is available love and I’m open here.”
