Man slips a thread into his penis while masturbating

With trouble peeing and abdominal pain, an Indonesianwas was rushed to the local emergency center, where he had to disclose that he had inserted a thread into his penis during masturbation.

A man, 37, was rushed to a hospital in Surabaya, Indonesia, after reporting acute abdominal pain. During masturbation, the patient put a 2-meter-long nylon thread into his penis and couldn’t get it out. They were shocked when he told them this.

It was also reported that the patient had trouble urinating and had blood in the urine. Doctors say it took him a long time to admit he had inserted the thread into his urethra when his penis was erect.

The doctors who treated him acknowledged in a Radiology Case Reports article that while incidents of objects being inserted into the urinary tract are “relatively rare,” but have increased in recent decades.

According to the report, people commonly insert bobby pins, straws, matches, and pencils into their urethra for sexual pleasure, psychological difficulties, or drug use. Those who engage in this behavior for sexual pleasure frequently postpone seeking medical treatment and refuse to disclose details.

Alternatively, they may give false information out of embarrassment, increasing the risk of complications such as UTIs, bladder stones, and blood poisoning.

Inserting things into the urethra, according to doctors, can harm sensitive tissue in the area that releases urine and sperm. It can also result in a lack of bladder control, infection of the penis and urethra, and the sensitive tissue may require surgery or implants to recover.

The patient, a virgin, stated that this was the first time he had inserted anything into his urethra. Doctors tried a bladder flush, which involves inserting sterile fluid through a catheter into the bladder to eliminate blockages in the hopes of removing the thread, but it didn’t work.

The physicians next performed a cystoscopy, which involved inserting a camera into the bladder through a catheter to check what was going on inside. The doctors saw a “black bundle of nylon thread” and were able to remove it with the help of a pair of tweezers that were both thin and lengthy.

According to local media accounts, the patient, who was kept in the hospital for two days before being sent to his mother’s home, made a full recovery.

The physicians referred him to a psychiatrist, who found that he had obsessive-compulsive disorder and paraphilia – a sexual stimulus or action that deviates from normal sexuality and causes a need that can only be satisfied through sexual stimulation or orgasm.
