The inventor believes that the first base on the Red Planet can be built by 2028.

Elon Musk, the American businessman and inventor who founded SpaceX and Tesla, spoke about his plans to inhabit Mars.

He talked about a plan to send a “futuristic Noah’s Ark” to Mars.

“A futuristic Noah’s ark. We’ll bring more than two, though — it’s a little weird if there’s only two,” said the founder of SpaceX.

Asked when the base could be built, the inventor wrote on Twitter, “probably by 2028.”

“And the next really big thing is to build a self-sufficient city on Mars and bring the animals and creatures of the Earth there,” Musk said.

According to him, the political system of the first colonies on Mars may be the same as in the first British colonies in North America. We are talking about direct democracy.

He said that it “would be a new frontier and an opportunity to rethink the whole nature of government just as was done in the creation of the united states.”

“A direct democracy like people vote directly on things as opposed to representative democracy so.
