The man committed arson in the store after an alleged altercation with the staff. A passer-by prevented the throwing of the second burning bottle.

Joel Mangal, 38, allegedly carried out the fiery attack on the NR Rock Deli in Bedford-Stuyvesant after he got into a fight with the personnel there, according to the FDNY and law enforcement officials.

The FDNY released surveillance footage on Sunday depicting the moment a suspected arsonist threw a Molotov cocktail into a Brooklyn deli on Saturday.

A fire started inside the store. The attacker tries to throw a Molotov cocktail a second time, but a passer-by interrupted him, knocking out a bottle from his hands.

Firefighters put out the fire before its too late and provided first aid to the victim.
